How to Access and Download Your Invoices
You can easily access and download your invoices directly from your account. Follow the steps below to find and download them.
Access Billing Information
Log in to your account on the platform.
Navigate to the “Subscription” section in your account settings.
Open Invoice Overview
Inside the “Subsription” section, locate and click on “Invoice overview”
Download Your Invoices
You will see a list of all your invoices.
Click the download arrow next to the invoice you want to download.
Important Information
For security reasons, invoices are not sent via email.
All invoices must be accessed and downloaded directly from your account.
Please make sure to keep your account information secure.

Red
Your payment has not been received yet.
Green
Your payment has been received and everything is ok.
Orange
You've cancelled your account.
