Some banks require the Direct Debit Mandate to accept the SEPA Direct Debit as a payment method. The mandate is generated when you book your subscription with SEPA Direct Debit as your payment method. The mandate needs to be downloaded and submitted to your bank.
Open Your Account Settings
To download your mandate, go to “My Account.”
Locate Your Current Subscription
Under the “Current Subscription” section, you will find the option to download the “SEPA Direct Debit Mandate.”
Download the Mandate
Click on “SEPA-DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE” to download the document.
