Readers for your kiosks (APPKiosk and WEBKiosk) can not only be imported automatically via CSV files or the API- you can also create them manually, one by one, directly in your Yumpu backend.

This is especially useful if you only need to add a few members or want to manage access individually.

Go to the “My APPKiosks”

Open the Members Area Select the “Members” tab.

Click on “Members overview” to access the member management section.

Create a New Reader

Fill in the required information

  • Username

  • Password

  • Comment ( Enter description here- Visible only to the account owner)

  • Connect Access Tag(s)

  • Connect Appkiosk(s)- select the Appkiosk(s) that should be affected by the Login.

  • Click on the “Add” button to save the new member.

  • The respective member Login can now be used to unlock publications associated with the connected "Access Tag".

Access and Login

The created member login can now be used to unlock all publications that are connected to the assigned Access Tag. This allows you to control exactly which content each reader can access within your kiosk.
