Go to "My WEBKiosk" --> "Tasks" --> "edit design":
Click then on the little pen icon in the navigation widget:
Under the tab "Links" you can create the anchor link. Example:
After saving the link you have to open the Document Widget and enter the "URL Text" from the Navigation Widget:
