Go to "My Magazines" and then to "Kiosks" --> "Members".
Select the "Create" option under the "Manage subscriptions" tab.
Fill in the fields:
ITC (iTunesConnect) - Product ID: Enter the ID of the subscription created in your Apple Appstore connect account here
Google Play Product ID: Enter the ID of the subscription created in your Google Play console account here
Name: Enter a name for your subscription.
Description: Enter a description for your Subscription
