To make sure that your future invoices are issued without VAT, please follow the steps below.
Go to “My Account.”
Scroll down to the “Billing Information” section.
Enter your VAT number in the designated field.
Important Note
The VAT number cannot be applied retroactively to invoices that have already been created.

What Does a VAT Number Look Like?
A VAT number usually consists of:
A two-letter country code, and
Two to twelve additional characters, which may include letters depending on the EU country.
