How to activated the account

Hello and welcome to the Yumpu Help Center! We're excited to assist you with activating your user account so that you can dive into our publishing experience.

Once you have created a new account, activation is required to access all the features.

Registration via Email:

Activating your account is quick and easy. To get started, look for an email from us. Click on the link in the email, and you'll be taken to a page where you can create your account password and complete the activation process.

Afterwards you can login here: https://www.yumpu.com/en/user/login 

To ensure timely receipt of your activation link, please ensure that your email software and firewall whitelist @yumpu.com addresses, and double-check your spam folder.

If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@yumpu.com for further assistance.

Registration via social network:

Please note that when registering via social networks, we do not receive access to the email address associated with your account. Therefore, you will need to enter this information manually after registration, along with your desired username and password. Please be aware that you cannot access your account until this information is provided.

If you receive an error when selecting your username, it may already be taken or may not comply with our username guidelines, which can be found here: http://helpcenter.yumpu.com/guidelines/username-guidelines
