Keep Your Settings — Just Swap the File

You can update an already existing magazine by uploading a new PDF file — without changing its settings, URL, or embedded version.
This feature requires a Premium subscription.

Export Your Hotspots- Before uploading the new PDF

If your magazine contains hotspots, you’ll need to export them first.
These won’t be transferred automatically unless the page count and structure remain exactly the same.

Go to "My Publications"

Click one the magazine or three dots next to magazine and then on the Pencil Icon- Edit- to edit the magazine.

In the left sidebar, scroll down and click “Hotspot Editor”.

In the Hotspot Editor, click the “CSV” button.

Go to the “Export” tab, choose your preferred format (e.g., CSV), and download the file.

You’ll get a .csv file — this will be used later to restore your hotspots.
You can even edit the CSV to change hotspot details before re-importing.

Upload the New PDF Version

Go back to "My Publications"

Click one the magazine or three dots next to magazine and then on the Pencil Icon- Edit- again for the magazine you want to update.

Click “RE-UPLOAD” under the magazine preview and then on UPLOAD REVISION.

Choose your new PDF file and upload it.

Wait until the file is fully processed.

Re-Import Your Hotspots

Once the new version is uploaded:

Open the Hotspot Editor again.

Click on “CSV”, then select “Import”.

Upload the previously saved .csv file.

Done- your hotspots are restored — and your magazine is fully updated.
