A view is counted every time the cover of your magazine is displayed. This means that a view does not necessarily require the magazine to be opened- it’s tracked whenever the cover appears in one of several locations.
When a View Is Counted
A view is recorded in the following cases:
When your magazine is read directly on Yumpu
When your magazine appears in search results
When your magazine is shown under another magazine in the recommended magazines section
When your magazine is shared on an external website, for example through an embed or a post on Facebook
