Upload and Rendering Time for Magazines
Depending on the size of your PDF file and the current server load, the upload and rendering process for your magazine may take some time. Larger files or periods of high system activity can extend the processing duration.
Please Allow Processing Time
Before contacting support, we kindly ask you to wait 1–2 hours after uploading your PDF. In most cases, the magazine will be fully processed and available within this time frame.
Important: Provide Detailed Information
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include as many details as you can in your request, such as:
The name of the magazine
The time of upload
Any error messages you may see
If possible, also attach the PDF file you uploaded so we can test it directly on our end. This will allow us to identify and resolve the issue more efficiently.
