After logging into your Apple App Store connect account, go to “Apps” and select the app entry you would like to create subscriptions for.

Look for the Monetization tab within the navigation on the left-hand side and select the Subscriptions tab to continue.

Within the Subscriptions tab, look for the area regarding Auto-renewable Subscriptions and click on the + icon next to Subscription Groups to continue:

Enter the name for the subscription group and click the Create button to continue

Within the previously created group click on the Create button displayed in the Subscription area to create a new subscription.

Enter your preferred name and the product ID for your subscription next and click the Create button to continue.

The next page subsequently allows you to set up the duration of the subscription, its availabilty, pricing tier and localization. Enter the information accordingly and click the Save button located in the upper right corner to finish creating the subscription.
