First go to "My Publications".

Scroll down to your "Collections" and navigate to the collection you want to add the magazine to and click on "Open Collection"

Click on the "Edit" button at the right side:

Then click on the blue '+' button to add your magazine/s to the section.

Choose the magazine you want to add to the section and click on the "Add" button.
